I was going out of town when I notice that two tires on front had very low pressure. I was supposed that they weren’t checked at time and of service. I feel that it could have been an oversight. I feel you guys do an amazing job. Just be careful with the courtesy checking.

This was my third visit to **** Smith Ford for required maintenance on my 2018 Ford F-150 and I have been completely satisfied with their attention to detail and exceptional service. The service department kept me updated throughout the process. Giovanni and Seth were the outstanding service reps. Additionally, a big plus for **** Smith Ford was their generosity towards the USC Lettermen’s Association for which I’m a proud supporter.

Let’s just start by saying I had better experiences when I drove a Nissan van then when I do with a Ford van.. I came in with a check engine light on, and the need to get an oil change. I was told you didn’t have time to even look at a check engine light being on and sent me back out with the lights still on. The other thing I didn’t like is when I went to pay the cashier, and she doesn’t ask cash or credit. She just push the credit card machine right by the hole in her window, which says to me we aren’t accepting cash. And that’s not a silly thought because there’s a lot of places that aren’t doing cash, including some of our best national parks so if you’re gonna stick that credit card machine in front of your customers, you shouldn’t be charging an extra because you decided to not offer cash payment as an option.

Katie was absolutely amazing!! Attentive and accommodating in every way!! It was a breathe of fresh air to deal with someone who actually knows what customer service is!! I’ve called and spoken with several people just to brag about the customer service received! 15 out of 10.

It has nothing to do with India, but rather the people who set the appointments via text. I clearly asked for the windshield people to be on site to make sure all my recall items were addressed by the service dept. However no one from the BDC (or something like that) never passed that along to the service dept. The customer isn’t getting the service they’re expecting because the service advisers don’t have the info they need to get the job handled correctly. They’re going into the service without all the necessary information. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. Who is the idiot that allows this to continue? Why has he/she not been fired yet? How can you allow this to continue?

I didn't appreciate the service guy telling me my battery was bad.then when he finds out it's still under warranty everything changed the tech got the paper work mixed up. if I would have said yes to a new battery. I would have been ripped off. I don't like that.
