I recently brought my vehicle in for its first service at **** Smith Ford, expecting a positive experience—especially since I was told the first oil change would be free. Not only did I not receive the complimentary service I was promised, but I was also charged $250 for a simple fuel filter change. That price is absurd, especially for a routine maintenance item.
I had a 9:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. That work was completed at 11:40am. Having made an appointment and not getting my vehicle serviced on time is disappointing.
Tyler, my service guy was great. The problem I have is, and I missed this while paying my bill, that a fuel treatment was done without my permission. Had I seen the extra charge I would have refused to pay it. **** Smith Ford has been my go to dealer since 2017. The service has become too expensive and the bill confusing to read. Too many “extra fees”. Unfortunately I have lost faith with this dealership. While walking the lot I also noticed the window stickers now have a $2000 dealer add-on package. All I see is another dealership with gimmicks and unnecessary expenses to increase dealer profit. I will now take my vehicles elsewhere. Thanks for your time.

My truck was in the shop for two weeks basically a sensor and EGR valve. They said it needed a tune up on a truck I just bought nine months ago and 10.000 miles later it needs a tune up, just don't sound right.
They took long time to do a simple oil change on my Escape

Katie was wonderful! We spoke on the phone and.ny the time I arrived she had looked up safety recalls and pulled the service history of our Bronco Sport. She identified possible source of our problem which turned out being dead on. She was pleasant, competent and professional.

I was going out of town when I notice that two tires on front had very low pressure. I was supposed that they weren’t checked at time and of service. I feel that it could have been an oversight. I feel you guys do an amazing job. Just be careful with the courtesy checking.
