Giovanni was the benchmark of customer service. He made me feel like I was his only customer, calling me proactively with updates, moving quickly but never rushed and with total command of his business, explaining the technical problems in a “plain English” way for me to understand. He is about the best service agent I’ve ever had at any dealership.
Back in the days when vehicles were serviced a car wash was included. Guess not anymore

Tommy Middleton was very nice and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. David Middleton provided shuttle service and delivered my vehicle back to me. He was also very nice. If the rest of the employees are as nice and accommodating as these two, the dealership is doing a great job. If not, they should learn from these two gentlemen regarding customer service and satisfaction.
