Tommy was great as usual. He got me in and out in under a hour. He also explained maintenance that I should be looking forward to as well as the estimated cost.
Oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely fashion, but the service technician scratched my 22in custom wheels in the process. I was able to take the truck back on a later date to have them repaired.

I brought my vehicle in because the air conditioning system was blowing hot air. After the repair was completed, I was informed that the issue had been fixed. However, within just a couple of weeks, the exact same problem returned, indicating that the original repair either did not resolve the underlying issue or was not properly diagnosed.
As a result, I was forced to bring my vehicle back for additional service and was left without reliable transportation for another week. This caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily responsibilities.
What is particularly frustrating is that I was required to pay twice for repairs related to the same issue. As a customer, I expect repairs to be performed correctly the first time, especially when I am paying for professional diagnostic and repair services. Having to return for the same problem so soon after the initial repair, while also incurring additional costs and losing access to my vehicle, is unacceptable.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service I received and do not feel that the situation was handled appropriately. I believe this matter warrants further review and resolution.

I have been with **** Smith for a long time. I first bought a Nissan pick up. Then it was to Pullam Ford for my first F-150 truck (of three) and First Expeditions. Then Pullam became **** Smith. I have stayed with **** Smith for service because I can trust them and they are true to me. Tyler is a true asset to **** Smith. He keeps me informed of what is happening with my vehicle and does not try to sell me something I do not need. I trust Tyler.
