Tommy was great. The work done we believe is trustworthy. But when we left our truck there it did not have a broken mirror now it does. You didn't work on the mirror but it still was broken on your watch. I don't know how you can say you aren't in some manner liable.

Takes 10 minutes to do what I had done and it took over 30 minutes. Besides, I should not have had to come back for a second fob and waste my time and gas. Two hours with drive, wait and drive back home. Should have been there in the first place.
