I cannot say enough about the awesome customer experience I had with Giovani! Being new to the Columbia area I have had limited interactions with Lugoff Ford and **** Smith Ford, after my recent service experience there is no doubt where my future Ford needs will be handled… Thank you Giovani for getting our F150 on the calendar, parts ordered, repaired and returned in exceptional time!!! Your customer care and communication skills should be the hallmark for customer service at any organization.
