I came in for The Works and get an assessment on front right tire. I was charged the same amount for The Works with coupon except the technician did not do tire rotation and did not do a break review. My points were used to offset the cost because the service person said he was doing me a favor I could use my coupon another time. Coupons expire. I asked for the Works and got less than but I paid for it.
