It was difficult to make an appointment for service. The online scheduler wasn't working for me and it took three or four attempts calling and leaving messages with people. The one time I was able to get through to someone in person to talk to, I was cut off. I am satisfied with everything else except I'm glad I had rewards points because $108 is too much to pay for an oil and filter change. Note that I am not dissatisfied, but letting you know where you can improve.
Explained my problem with him and he and the mechanic spent time with me explaining my options. Both of them were very helpful and I was very appreciative of all their help.
