He ensured that I was never left in the dark about any step of the diagnostic and repair process of my vehicle, and provided me with regular updates. I did not have access to my phone during most of the weekdays, but he was very patient and flexible. He was transparent about the costs and procedures necessary for my vehicle's repairs, and additionally communicated with a third-party that had potentially caused the issues with my vehicle to ensure that we were all on the same page about the specific damage and the possible root cause of it. Giovanni once again did an excellent job getting the work I requested taken care of. He told me what was found and explained, very clearly, what could or could not be done to repair my tire. I never had any issues with Giovanni, he was and has been extremely professional in handling my situation with my ‘21 F-150. I would not have any problem having Giovanni assisting me in the future with any problems I may encounter with my truck.
Pretty satisfied, they didn't add coolant, and I asked when appointment was made and when I brought my car in. I'll add it myself
