Giovanni didn’t begin his terrific customer service during my visit. He started the day before when he returned my call. I could pick up on his sincerity. Most people can, it’s just rare nowadays. When I arrived for my oil change this morning, he happened to be the one who approached my vehicle. I didn’t have an appointment time scheduled. Nonetheless, he exuded a proper, professional approach. I waited for the service to be performed. He updated me on an estimated time of completion before the service concluded. A short time later, he saw the completion through. You are fortunate to have this example in your service department. If you don’t recognize his value, I’d be more than happy to extend him an offer of employment at my company. I appreciate that you have this asset on your staff and will be confident to return because of Giovanni.

I came in for 25,000 mile oil change and check. First thing I said was please check air pressure in tires as all are different. When they brought car around and I asked if it had been done it had not! Had to take it back, wait again and then brought back saying sensors were not reading right and I was good to go. Will check tires when I go out next time and see if correct.

Mr. Tommy was extremely nice and helpful today! From the time we spoke on the phone to the time I pulled in, he was attentive and took care of me as soon as he could. All the guys in the shop were friendly as well, so shout out to them. I don’t know that I’ve ever waited for my car and had someone ask if I needed anything or had been waiting long. I didn’t feel like just any ol customer to them. He was able to squeeze me in and take care of my problem (plus some) right away. I had plans to just make another appointment for an oil change when I got my car because I didn’t want to ask for too much, but he said they could just do it while they had it which was just another stress reliever to not have that hanging over me. I really appreciated that he called me when I received the links for my car inspection and payment. I always call my dad, but I also felt comfortable asking him questions about whether or not something needed to be done and didn’t feel like he would give me any mess around it. I’ve had some really bad experiences with Ford shops over the last couple of years, so I was actually dreading having to take my car back and start over, even if this one is closest to my house, because I had no clue what to expect. But Mr. Tommy, and all the guys this morning, exceeded my expectations. I always feel a little more anxious when things go wrong with my car because my dad doesn’t live in town, but they never made me feel like it was a hassle for them to bring it in and fix her back up. I think that was one of the most impressive things for me. Mr. Tommy has definitely gained a new customer out of me!

Made an appointment to get oil change service done at 7:30am and had to wait for close to 3 hours. Vehicles that came in after us were completed before. Very frustrating. We just kept being told that they would be done soon.
