Ismael is the only reason I take my vehicle there
This is the second time that Ismael is my supervisor. Not once have I been greeted by him.He was upset that my truck key was not in my truck, asked me where my key was at, got upset and threw the pen on his desk. I had my appointment at 10 and my truck was done at 11:30. I got To my appointment at 9:15. My truck was done with its service, and he had not notified us that my truck was ready. When I went To tell the service desk about my truck, he grabbed the paper reports and left them on the desk- without saying anything. He is completely rude and I hate Getting my truck serviced there. The only reason why I keep Going back is because I have A contract with the dealership. It’s sad and ridiculous how I have To discriminated and mistreated for a truck that I am Paying for. Do better Selma Nissan.

I’m disappointed that my car falls under a recall for which there is no remedy yet. Scary.
Ismael did a great job on my car, i really enjoyed the entire process, as well as the estimated time of completion. This was the quickest (hopefully the best quality also) I've ever had my car done and i usually go in for my regular appointment, which is an oil change and a tire rotation. This experience put a turning point to my perception of the entirety of service at Selma Nissan Services. I thank Ismael and the entire Selma Nissan Crew for their work, will definitely be back !

I received a call to drop off car for recalls. Received a call that car was ready for pickup after 2 pm. I signed paperwork only to find out nothing was fixed. I was told to wait for another call to go threw the same process. Is there any accountability in the service department? Credibility is questionable...

I realize it was a promotion offer that you normally charge a bit more, but this was an offer you made. As far as the adequacy and performance of the materials and service you provided time will tell. I’m hoping your service staff has the integrity to do things honorably. I realize your staff was occupied, but they were very distracted to provide prompt attention to me as a customer who made an appointment. I typically have my oil changes done at Walmart or Les Schuabs which is a mile from my house, but i decided to travel thirteen miles to your place of business and take up your offer. At Walmart and Schuabs they receive you promptly by a friendly service man, tell you what they recommend and have you enter the store to sign the agreement. It takes about 45 minutes and walmart vacuums your front mats. At Nissan I had to wait, then go out and drive my car into the garage, wait again and then was attended to and it took much longer for the work to be completed. To be fair, I realize that you are a full service garage that provides a variety of mechanical repairs, but again this is a promotion you offered. In my opinion, the service department needs to be restructured to assist customers with minimum services more efficiently because you had many more staff in the garage. May I add that customers we are trusting that the service men perform their services honorably that goes for any garage. Another thing I like about the other facilities is they explained to me what the found and did before having me sign the completion form. The person that told me it was complete spoke to me from the counter while I was sitting on the chair,bench said everything was good, something to that affect, which I was glad to hear, but not thorough. Everyone spoke kindly, but I felt that I was just another number. Have a great day!!
