Ishmael Chavez is the best service supervisor I have ever dealt with at Selma CA Nissan service department. He has great leadership skills and qualities that extend to the workers surrounding him. Every time I have an appointment to have my Rouge serviced, I have a great time with the entire service team.

Very unsatisfied had to wait 4 hours for them to tell me I needed brakes and rotors had a appointment and was the first car taken at 8:00 they came to tell me at 11:50 that they didn't have the parts and had to order had to come back the next day picked up the car around 12:00 so disappointed with the communication on top of all of that I had a order that was suppose to be paid by the dealer sent me a text message to pay $400.00 really bad experience for purchasing my first car. I was told selma auto had the best service they were wrong I felt like I had experienced buyers remorse I hope they get better. The guy Jorge Castro helped solve all the problems I had truly thankful for him..

I brought my car in for a sensor issue and you guys did an oil change. Didn’t even look at my sensor. And then when I brought it up to Ismael, he told me “do you want to continue to argue with me or do you want ms to fix it?” I found that response to be very rude. He did remove the charges for the oil change. So I will give him that

I had parts that were covered under warranty in August and was instructed by Bryan Verdugo to wait for a call before bringing my vehicle back in. I never received a call. I followed up with an email and received no response. I also called, but no one seemed to know what I was requesting.
I eventually returned to the dealership for an oil change and asked for an update. At that point, Bryan informed me that the warranty had expired and that it was my responsibility to bring the car in sooner. This is frustrating, as I was explicitly told to wait for a call. If the parts were not ordered or processed, it does not make sense for me to repeatedly come in without direction.
It is concerning that communication attempts through phone and email went unanswered, leaving me with no choice but to show up in person to get any assistance. I also spoke with the manager, Mike, who did not provide a resolution and maintained the same position without addressing the lack of communication.
As a result, I am now left dealing with unresolved suspension issues. Due to these circumstances and the lack of proper follow-through, I will be pursuing further action. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed by corporate.
