I made an appointment so that I wouldn't have to wait long. I waited 1 an 1/2 hours, before I was told my car was ready. The longest I usually wait without an appointment is up to an hour or a few minutes over.

Armando was great and I appreciate the time and exceptional service he provided on my 2010 Altima hybrid. However, when I checked out to pay on my 'debit' card an 3% fee came up. I confirmed with my bank that they do not charge service fees on their debit cards. The charge was implemented solely by Selma Nissan and I think it is wrong. I had to have a supervisor pay the bill via a text message I received from S.N. This did not sit well with me and I'm sure I'm not the only customer who has experienced that inconvenience and erroneous charge. Please correct before my next visit in December.
