Federico was great! He always provides excellent customer service. One area for the service techs to improve in would be to not change the interior settings or at least put the settings back where they were when the car comes in for service. Please note this has nothing to do with Federico’s customer service. It’s the mechanics or service techs. My dashboard settings were changed and the headlight setting was changed to running lights versus the auto setting.

Federico has a great personality for customer service he is friendly, kind and eager to help. He greets you with a smile and acknowledges you when you walk in … as others there don’t always and it makes you feel like you are bothering them. Maybe it wasn’t their job to check my car in for service but they could at least say hi we will be right with you anyway I hope Federico stays in this position for a long time Thanks

Federico was great. Took care of my needs the minute I arrived to get my car serviced. Answered all my questions I had and is very knowledgeable about my Genesis. When I left he walked me to my car and asked if it was satisfactory and thanked me for trusting Selma Auto Mall. Thank you Federico!

Federico Ruiz, has such an amazing energy when dealing with clients. I highly recommend, for Selma/Genesis show appreciation to Him for truly applying Your mission and vision. I have provide this exact same feedback last time I was there in summer- nothing has changed. The experience is unprofessional and not at the standard one would expect when owning a luxury vehicle. What may be deemed a casual friendly approach (calling me “girlfriend” and my husband “brother”) actually comes across as exaggerated - immature -which compromises any bode of confidence and completely off the mark with the audience.

Well I have given my opinion recently and bad service and I heard nothing. I am having to deal with Hyundai directly because I have gotten no where since May taking my car to you. I am losing extreme amounts of oil and I have been told my car is fine. I have never owned a car where I was told I need to check my oil every 2,000 miles to make sure my car doesn’t run out of oil completely. So I am going to take it as you ask for everyone’s opinion but don’t do anything about bad opinions. When you are recognized by staff because you have to bring your car in so much that is not a good thing. Nice employees but don’t want to help find a solution for the car.
