Bryan was exceptionally courteous and efficient at his job. I waited for my vehicle to be done so I had the opportunity to watch him work for about an hour. He seemed to be multitasking skillfully but it would have been nice if he had another person helping him. I hate to see great employees burn out due to over work.

The work done was fine and was completed as required by a recall notice. What was lacking was the general overall experience and feeling that we were dealing with an organization that is supposed to represent a so called "luxury " brand.

I enjoyed the service that I received that your Honda dealership Selma thing is I bought the car in Hanford and the service there is not as well. It’s not as good. I should say once again thank you and it was a pleasure.

Bryan was great! My issue is after my service was complete there was grease on the paint on the driver side, hood and inside on my glovebox - I have a white interior. This is the first time this has happened in the time I have been taking my car to this service center, very disappointing.
Bryan was very knowledgeable and helpful all the way through the process. He had answers to questions that I asked him. I think he is a very valuable employee for your dealership.

Service was fine. Took longer than expected. Three hours for an oil change (that was a scheduled appointment) is not ideal.

Huge wait time. And ultimately had to cancel the service after waiting for 75 minutes. No solution was offered by the representative. Not going again to this service center.
