Our car was left scratched,and items left unproperly finished. We are not satisfied with the scratched antenna and windshield.

I was told my appt was on Tuesday at 8 am . Did not get my car back until that Friday. The whole week my car was with you guys. Nobody called to give me updates. I had to call Friday morning and only after that that I receive a text saying that my car was done.

Bryon was great... The problem with defective parts from a Hyundai dealership was very frustrating and disappointing. Having to return to a delaership because of a simple, common part was not acceptable! If it was an actual Hyundai oem part would be even more disappointing!

Excellent service from the whole team. Since the Genesis service reception area was closed I was met immediately outside the Nissan area and given directions. Federico was professional but very friendly. He communicated clearly and got answers to all of my questions.

I had an appointment at 10:30 that you called and made. The car did not get brought back until 12pm then the car was not worked on until 130, that is ridiculous. Other people that came in before me without an appointment was in and out before my car was even looked at.
