Your service guys are great! My issue is everytime I go to Genesis I never can get a loaner and have to wait around to be taken to my office. Federico did everything he could to accommodate me. It’s not his fault, I blame the owner of Genesis/Hyundai. You sell luxury vehicles and you lack on the full concierge service that I paid for. Not sure why I’m writing this because the owner is not going to care. Thank you!
I made an appointment for a recall. The person who answered the phone stated my car also needed updates. She didn't check if parts needed to be ordered. When i arrived to my appointment today the person who greeted me checked to see if parts needed to be ordered and they did. It's a waste of time to have customers drive out only to be told to come back when the parts delivered. I believe the person making the appointments should take care of this matter prior to scheduling an appointment. This is mot the first time i have had issues at this location. In the past i have been in the waiting area for 3+ hours just to be told that the parts fot my vehicle were not there. This is highly unprofessional. I decided to do the updates + recall when the parts are in. Please be more considerate of people's time.
Yes I was. Mr. Chavez is very professional he had already helped me in the past and he has been very helpful showing good knowledge of is job and giving always very good advise.

Was wanting oil change with tire rotation. All the other oil changes I received prior to this one was complementary. Never was asked to pay for tire rotation. I was told it was extra and would cost over 100 dollars for that. So of course I declined it. If I’m paying over 100.00 for an oil change it would be nice to include tire rotation in that.
