Almost 3 hrs for an oil change is a bit much
Thanks to all your team that help get my car fixed. Ismal was solid in keeping me informed about the day to day progress. I spoke with the mechanic that did the work and he gave me a lot of insight on the type of car I have and the work he did to it. Solid team.

The experience was terrible. I brought the car in to get five warning light issues checked and a headlight problem fixed, and an oil change.
They waited five hours to start the oil change cleaned. They checked the car and when I got in it, all the lights were still on the warning lights. I called the manager out and they looked perplexed like if they didn’t even know what they were doing. also don’t they put it on a computer so they could see these things or did they not even bother Terrible terrible service I wish the manager would call me and I mean the owner ****-****-xxxx very dissatisfied customer

I was there for 2.5 hours. I didn’t see that the service department was pact. The waiting was something I might deal with. However, the people detailing/ washing/ cleaning my vehicle, left scuff marks on the glove compartment. Also, they left dirty hand prints on the inside of the passenger door. Moreover, I was not informed whether the service department checked the open recall on my vehicle. I had to make another appointment so that can be taken care of. I did, in fact, ask the service department to check the open recall on my vehicle. I don’t know if they did because I wasn’t notified.
He was very professional. He took care of all my needs in a timely matter.

You have do 4 services for me. On 3 of them the tech did not reset the service required counters in the car. It rang service due again last night after just servicing last week.
I asked you to find a rattle in the back. When I picked up the car the cashier said there were no stories. It still rattles.
I texted Eric this morning and no reply.
