I pulled my car in the shop and saw no other cars and two open hoists so I left my vehicle running, figuring it would be moved right away. We went over the service to be done and then I was asked if my keys were in the cup holder. I know RAVs are quiet, yet I was concerned that he didn’t know it was still running. If the oil change wasn’t covered by Toyota Care (we just bought this vehicle new a couple months ago), I would have left without the oil change. I also told him I would wait in the lounge. I got a text saying everything was done. I felt it was poor customer service to get a text, when all someone had to do was walk 100 ft to the lounge to get me. When I went out to the shop, Jesus wasn’t at his desk. Another gentleman noticed and came over to help me.

Jesus was professional, welcoming, and willing to explain the work. We appreciated his kindness to our son, he has a disability and not everyone is patient, but Jesus was.

The suggested time for service was two hours so when two hours 30 minutes passed and I received no text, I went to check on the status of work and saw the vehicle parked outside. Asked at the service desk (after standing there 10 minutes) if it was done, employee found my paperwork on coworker’s desk and we checked out. My assumption is the coworker was on lunch break. Minutes after I drove away, I received a text saying the vehicle was done. No need for a representative to call.

Your staff went to great lengths to make sure the parts purchased were a fit for our 4Runner. Very impressed with everyone that I spoke with about the issue (Toyota documentation instructions). Worth the drive down to and will come back for sure! Thank you!

The maintenance indicator on vehicle was not reset and my brake pads were not inspected or measured. Also my right side mirror was folded in still when picked up vehicle

This has been my 4th bad experience with Greg Young this year alone. It’s not the maintenance but the customer service received. They honestly do not care about you. I will never go back again. I will never buy a car from there. If I need services done my Toyota I will go to Omaha or Lincoln for now on.
