Christian is always so kind. I was waiting in the waiting area and overheard him talking to a lady from another country. He was so very patient and friendly to her. There was a language barrier and he just stuck with it to explain everything to her. Christian is probably one of the nicest and sincere guys I’ve come across in a very long time.

I’ve owned this Toyota vehicle for 2 months, and overall I have owned Toyotas since 1976; but to get slapped with a $1,250 part breakdown really has shaken my confidence in the brand.

When necessary addition services were recommended, the cost estimate was included but not time to completion estimate. I had a four-hour time frame max so didn’t think to ask for one right away. When I thought to ask, the completion time was later than I could stay without impacting the rest of my day’s schedule. This could have been avoided with better communication.

I don’t need to be contacted, I’m contacted enough, inundated daily by too many unwanted emails and text messages, thank you very much. Your service advisor was very helpful and courteous, your customer lounge was comfortable enough. My only issue was the price of your front end alignment was 42% higher than the best alignment shop in my town.
