The service report only said what was going to be done, but did not have a statement such as, “Software update installed.” This was an update to remedy a safety recall by Toyota for the 2026BZ.

The report sheet showed 36 pounds of pressure in each of the four tires. The dash showed 29 to 30 pounds. When I got home I checked the pressure in the tires and it matched what it showed on the dashboard. When I arrived at the dealership I told the man that a cap was missing on one of the valve stems. That stem still has no cap. I also told the man and showed him a split in the weatherstrip on the driver's door. Nothing was done about that.
