Christian is always a breathe of fresh air when I see him and take in my car for service. He has a positive attitude, very respectful, and looks for the best ways to help me get the best possible outcome for my car. It makes me feel very cared for, that he also looks to see what is covered under my plan so I don’t have to pay out of pocket at times. Christian is awesome! He deserves a raise.????????????

The wrong vehicle was picked up and I was charged for it. Innocent mistake, but I was not informed by anyone at Gregg Young. I was told by the owner of the other vehicle. My vehicle was picked up later but I should have been told since I was charged for the wrong vehicle service.
