I was told that I needed to contact the business who put new tires on my vehicle as the front wheels were out of alignment. However, when they looked at it they discovered that the wheels were in alignment. After further review, they discovered the report I was given from your business had the wrong vehicle listed (a Ram 3500 pickup) rather than my RAV4 and the reading was likely wrong. This cost me a lot of time and effort. I would like a credit towards my next oil change.

Jeremy went above and beyond to get me taken care of. One of my plastic pieces on my hood fascia broke when the oil change was done a few days prior. This is a common problem with Tundras. No one could have known or realize the grommets were broke until taking the vehicle out on the hi-way and getting above 60mph. Jeremy replaced the plastic grommet and did his best to take care of the customer(me) instead of nickel and diming me.
I have purchased 2 brand new Tundras from this dealership and will continue to do business with you as long as individuals like Jeremy continue to take care of the customer. A simple situation like this can make the difference between a return customer or someone that goes to another dealership because the individuals try to make a few dollars instead of doing the right thing.
