Christian and all the service staff were absolutely wonderful. Christian was polite, very helpful, and truly committed to making sure the entire experience of getting my car repaired was as smooth and comfortable as possible. He even arranged a loaner from Gregg Young since the repair took some time due to its complexity. Christian's quote was prompt and accurate, and his estimated lead time was spot-on. Throughout the process, he never made me feel like a **** or inconvenience; instead, he always treated me with the utmost respect, kindness, and professionalism.
Upon arrival your service department did not give clear instructions on check in. I drove up to the door and they did not open it when I arrived, I had to go to the counter and have someone open it and I had to drive in, then I was passed off to another service advisor even tho the one I made first contact with was not busy. I had a loaner vehicle set aside for me but they did not have it, I had to wait for an hour before receiving the loaner causing me to be late to other obligations. After returning the next day for my truck I see that my truck was not serviced for the oil change that I scheduled it for, they only serviced the recalls. I'm very extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this service, this service was of the worst service I've ever had. Poor quality.
