Christian did a great job getting our Tundra back on the road. We're from out of state and had a 14 hour drive ahead of us so he went above and beyond to help us!
We had our vehicle in there for 3 hours and there was never a word back to us about what was going on. They told us that we would be notified if there were any parts that were necessary. But I had to call them to find out what the status of the vehicle was after 3 hours.
Jesus was great! Very professional, and did great explaining everything. He was very friendly too!

Christian was extremely helpful, broke every detail down that I asked for and explained everything clearly. Felt very welcomed and loved the atmosphere.
I was satisfied with the work that was completed. Couple suggestions would be better communication and updates on repairs as it ended up taking four days instead of just one for the repairs which is fine and I appreciate the loaner vehicle however I would’ve liked to have had an update rather than me contacting the dealership each day to check on the status.
Another thing that I feel would go a long ways is any time a vehicle goes in there to get serviced, if you guys could take an extra 5 minutes to vacuum the vehicle that would really make a big difference in customer service!
He is a guy that we can trust with our car!!

Service personnel were ok. Greg Young lost my trust. I have two vehicles with a lot of miles and was about ready in next few months to perhaps purchase at least one new one for cash from Greg Young. Deception and petty fees on an oil change lost my trust. Business trust is a fragile thing. Mr Ernst built the business through treating customers honestly and respectfully. In two transactions with the current organization I have not left with that feeling. Will be looking elsewhere now.
Service guy was good. Found alot wrong. Did not think what we paid was worth it.
Christian advised me to get the complimentary 15,000 mile oil change to go along with the safety recall on my RAV4. I was totally ok with that happening. Later, when Christian showed me the inspection pictorial results of the failed front total toe alignment, I followed his recommendation and had a wheel alignment adjustment completed to factory specs. After taking my vehicle back home, I received a text message from Christian asking if I had any other questions. I did and he answered both of them to my satisfaction - - great follow through!
