I do not understand why a company such as yours would try to scam a potential customer with a phony repair and put it in writing too. I was called warning me thay my Highlander had the wrong antifreeze, orange rather than pink. The Highlander has its original PINK a/f in it, how could it be wrong? And follow that up with a written warning is too much. Very disappointed!!

I ordered a part for my car, it came in but it was not going to work on my vehicle. So I said to keep it. So they said that was ok. They were very helpful on trying to fix. Kristen was not there to help us. Think maybe at lunch? Don't know for sure.
