Ridiculous I had to drive all the way there when you could’ve brought my vehicle back to me to begin with and was not offered and then I have to stand there and wait for lost keys that weren’t found when I was there and had to drive all the way back Not happy at all

The service team claimed they rotated the tires, but the report did not indicate the tires were rotated. The tires were inflated to different pressures making me wonder if they were rotated and checked.

The favorites programmed into my radio were deleted and replaced with other stations. Other than that, the repair work was excellent and the staff was courteous and friendly. I’m just not into rap!????‍????
