I will not be a returning customer. This was a very disappointing experience as I have used Ernst/Gregg Young for many years. I will not be recommending their services or products in the future, and will discourage others from using them as well.

I recently brought my Kia in due to issues with the engine. This was my final straw. I have brought my vehicle to Gregg Young since they came to Columbus. I have spoke positively about Gregg Young the last 2 years! The first sign of an issue, unprofessionalism and absolute poor customer service. It is clear that it is not a “new system issue” that my suv started having issues when the wrong oil was being put on my bill. The Service Manager was unprofessional and unwilling to truly listen. To tell me it’s my brand of car that’s the issue and suggesting that the mechanic just put the wrong oil on the ticket is pathetic and lacks any sort of ownership of the issue. Gregg Young will never receive my business again and I will be sure to share this experience with all those I associate with!

We asked for a ride to pick something up before 5, while our car was being serviced. We had a very kind and patient driver! Also,all of the parts we ordered were put on for us and look great!

I asked them to investigate an oil leak and was told there was no leak. Charge $70 for that and they didn’t even bother to clean up the oil that was all over my engine bay. Total of 520$ for 4 quarts of engine oil, a filter, 4 quarts of transmission fluid and “there’s no oil leak, there’s just a bunch of oil all over your engine ???? Do you want to buy more fuel system cleaner and enngine oil conditioner ???????”
