You guys **** at Toyota in El Paso They my tires were not rotated and the ac wiper was not close properly and I was charge for this service . I was very disappointed with this service

Oil change took 2 hours. I’m pretty sure it was done earlier but they forgot about me while I sat there. I got a text a day later telling me my vehicle was ready

I took my truck in for service. Informed the attendant that I had that afternoon I had to put a new battery in, and if they could check it out because the battery light on the console was still on. I was informed when I paid my bill that if I kept driving it the light would go out. The light didn’t go out and the truck stopped working. Due to the lateness in the day I had to pay $380 dollars to tow my truck back home and the truck does not work. This is totally unacceptable.

The service was great! I didn’t make an appointment but was still able to get seen and got my vehicle back in less than an hour. Will be back for my oil change and I hope I get service from Avelina Yvonne Pulido again.

I was called by my advisor an hour after drop off that they had a list of suggested maintenance and that she would provide the list online on the portal. 30 minutes after this claim, I called back, and they informed me that my advisor was unavailable and they would ask her to call me back. An hour later (one hour and a half after the initial call), I had to call back, as I was still waiting. My advisor claimed she would send it "again" even though it was never sent in the first place. In total, Fox Toyota had my vehicle for 4 hours to complete a tire rotation and an air filter change.
