Avelina deserves a raise! After so many times going to get my service done in my vehicle, and always receiving the worst care, today she turned it around for me. She was very professional and prompt to what I needed in my car. Have her teach professionalism to the rest of your staff. Last time I had the service they lasted 6 hours for an oil change!!!! Today I was out of there in less than an hour! Thank you, Adelina, from a very happy customer

Everyone who interacted with me was very customer friendly. Except for the car wash, I would say everything was perfect. I am an old person and your employees went out of their way to help me. However, the car wash poorly done, it was like an 'afterthought.' I enjoyed your service and hospitality. Than you.

Mr. Lucero did handle business in a professional manner. I had an opportunity to ask questions. I was satisfied with the responses to whatever I asked. I plan to request Mr. Lucero for my next appointment, which will only be my second one with him.

I don't understand the bill feels like I was charged $600 dollars more. They only changed the axles and the tires but parts cost shows 1745.67. When each tire was 153 for 4 $612, axles 316.68+383.

I don’t appreciate that I make an appointment and then your service person acted like I didn’t have an appointment on the books. They didn’t know what I was there for and when I also explained an additional problem that I had they explained to me the reason why it was a problem was because I was not paying a subscription cost for a service that is free.
