Every time the technicians move something in my car, the las time can not open my hood this lastly time can’t lower my a/c Les than 60 degrees. This is not right.

Gabriel the service advisor is an awesome person, very kind guy, unfortunately the issue I had with my truck hasn’t been resolved and I was told it was solved, I had to left the vehicle at shop because it hasn’t been resolved, too may issues with the truck already for being a 2024 model. Very disappointed with Toyota quality issues.. again nothing against Gabriel which is an awesome Petson, it is More against the Toyota quality..

I asked tha no one went into the glove box because they leave grease marks all over and yet someone did so. My glove box contents were just thrown back in there. I tried contacting the service advisor but he did not return my call.

Non attentive, lack communication, does not return calls , does not return messages. I was completely dissapointed with the entire hoy fox team and will end up taking my business to **** por in the future. I brought a vehicle in to dealership with an oil leak , paid over 1000 to get it fixed and ended up returning vehicle the next day to find out that there were other components that needed to get addressed that were never disclosed in the first visit. My experience ends up correlating with other clients that have left negative reviews about Gabriel ,staff , over all dealership.

First off Jose the guy who helped me isn't too helpful compared to the person who's helped me before I felt like just a number today he does not pay attention to detail and tries adding more services im glad I was paying attention. I got a message saying my car was ready waited 10 minutes at least no one came to call me or say it was ready. I walk up to the desk they tell me where I can find him he goes and gives my keys to someone and they end up getting lost for over 20 minutes. Before that happened I paid and he says they'll bring my car I see it outside its locked I go look for him he's talking on the phone doesn't acknowledge with with a one second a look nothing. I ask for my keys he hands me keys to a Tacoma I notice tell him these aren't mine he goes outside starts asking where are the keys to a green car my car is silver. I see him asking technicians no one has them. I see all the technicians talking amongst themselves saying I don't have them they look at my car and say it's not even washed. Finally they find my keys thankfully but to say the least I will never go back to this dealership again.
