My new car was damaged at your dealership through the car wash. Yes, there can be a risk with this, but it doesn't mean such damage should be ignored. I called and spoke with an assistant briefly then left voicemails with the service representative and manager. I had also made contact through the online chat and received an email that a representative would contact me. There is no way you guys aren't aware of this situation at this point and I have yet to hear anything back and feel like I am being ignored. I don't understand why I would be ignored or why it would take this long to get a callback. I'm very busy with work and haven't had the time to come back in person yet to speak with a manager and show the damage present. It is extremely unprofessional for no one to not address my concerns about damage done to my car at your facility. It feels like your business is ignoring my complaint because you don't want to deal with it and it's not okay. Please contact me and let's have a discussion, please. - Clara Fort ****-****-xxxx

I always try to choose Gabriel Lucero as my dealer for the service of my truck. He is extremely kind and takes the time to clearly explain all the details. His professionalism and friendly attitude make the experience very pleasant. In fact, the entire team is excellent, and their great customer service is truly appreciated.

The only thing I would recommend is the waiting area with the high stools to be cleaned the wood looks really dirty. Micheal was great in his customer service! Fernando was my service guy however he is now manager great promotion!
