he service advisor was in a hurry to leave and did not explain what was done to my truck, on top of it, she was going to charge me without knowing i had free service contract. My advisor did not meet my expectations, I knew my truck tires were worn off and wanted an estimate on all tire replacement but Angel was in such a hurry to leave that didn't bother to ask me if I was willing to change the tires or give me any other recommendations or options.

Unfortunately I had to text to see if my car was ready after 1 1/2 hours and the text message indicate “YES SIR.” However when my husband went to your office you indicated you called our name, but neither of us heard our name called. This is the first time this incident has happened to us and hopefully in the future it will not happen again as all prior service has been very good

I had a 7 a.m appointment. It took 3hrs for a oil change and battery replacement. It seemed a little to long .
