It seems there might’ve been some accident while my truck was there. The windshield has a small crack that seems to start where the black area behind the rearview mirror is. Also, the box behind the rearview mirror looks like someone messed with it and it looks misaligned. It’s not flushed with the windshield or the roof. I dropped the truck Friday, and picked it up at night, so I didn’t see it. I did not use it yesterday, Saturday. When I got in the truck this afternoon, my wire noticed it right away. I took it for an oil change and a software update. Let me know what happened during the visit. Thanks.

Check in process was horrendous and slow. Unacceptable. When I arrive to pick up Carr. The gentleman that gave me a breakdown a car was unaware that the vehicle had the tire rotation. The kid was obviously lost. I also inquired as to why the vehicle was not washed. The guy responded that we were too busy to wash vehicles today. Appear to have nothing but excuses. Busy. Construction. I was told my Advisor left for the day. He did not update me or tell me anything.

My service light is still on and when I called to get it fixed they told me my service provider was going to call me. I have yet to receive a call I work and can’t just be going to get this fixed. All I need is for someone to walk me through on how to reset it. I was also never told what was going to be done to my truck I thought I was going in for an oil change but apparently that didn’t happen. I had to ask them I was explained what they did. Also my recall is still showing in my app even though they say they did it

Jacob was great. Our Tacoma was taken in for a recall on the brakes on Friday, by Sunday we noticed that it was leaking brake fluid. When my boyfriend first called they told him he needed to make an appointment or drop it off for the whole day. This would not be possible as he needs the vehicle to get to work. I told him to call Jacob as he is our service advisor. He told him to bring in the truck ASAP, he was checked in quickly and the issue was taken care.
