My car has a nail, I told the tech I had a nail and one tire a piece of metal. They fixed the tire with the metal and not the one with the nail. They did my oil change and now my car is being towed for low engine level.. I need a call from a service manager tomorroa ASAP pleas

I was there for 2.5 hours just for an oil change. I like the convenience of going there but With the high labor charges here it’s really not worth that kind of wait for a 30 minute job.

Mr. Auto.Gurrola was very pleasant and efficient. He told me exactly what was gonna happen and how much waiting time I was looking at. I was in for the service, and when the service was done, I was out in about the time he had predicted. Thank you very much for the great service.

I appreciate the service done itself, it was ridiculous that I had an appointment and was waiting there at the dealership. They had told me 1-2 hour wait and it ended up being closer to 3 hours.

Service was adequate, and completed quickly. But representatives had said the vehicle would be washed, and it was not washed. When I requested the wash, it was done, but it was a poor job.

When I went on Monday I told them my heat shield fell off. They came back and told me nothing was missing?? So I showed them the picture I had of it. I was told to come back the next day, because the part had to be ordered. When I went back, my service advisor wasn’t there. I had to wait an hour just to be told how long it would take. I even had to go look for someone to tell me that. Nothing was explained. I had to google it. I was not happy. At first I was told $165 then $350. No explanation of the work.
