I'm satisfied, but concerned, because after a mistake was done on my car during the service and left me stranded for 20 minutes, Michael sent a mechanic to check what the mistake was and fixed it on the spot. I'm just glad I didn't get on a freeway, it could have been a very horrific incident.

For any services done and for recalls especially, a car wash should be included Coming from driving lexus for so long and being used to their service is something I think toyota should do as well.

Price in my text was much different then what I paid. And was called and said it would be ready in five minutes. I was however in the waiting room and waited for someone to actually call like they usually do when it was pulled up. After like 15 minutes I looked outside and saw my car. Figured they must of just pulled it up and will give another few minutes. After ten minutes I went up and asked. Not sure why the never called my name. Next time I will know to go up and ask instead of waiting. When I made the appt I listed I would be waiting for the car.

Took my truck in on Wednesday because felt the fuel pump was going out again. Dropped it off at 0730 and was not notified of status till I texted Manny to see what what wrong with the findings. He said they were still looking into it. At about 2:45 pm he said all was looking good and for me to leave it over night. For me to feel comfortable in finding what was wrong I called in from work the next day to leave it over night, what Manny recommended to see an early start of truck. The following day I text Manny I texted Manny to see what the findings were a they had not started it. He later told me no finding were noted. But what was odd when I went to pick you up truck few hours afterwards the truck was cold as though not started. Today Friday had issues again to state in the afternoon. Hopefully tomorrow Saturday morning there is no issue. I fell I was just not taken seriously and the vehicle was never checked on especially because there is no evidence of the diagnostic check.
