It seems that manny was overwhelmed by the work load. There were changes since I came in last year. He rushed checking me in. And I had forgotten to mention about needing a new windshield blade on back. When I mentioned it he dismissed it ignoring what I said. This visit wasn’t the best experience at all. Also taking my debit card and applying it to a web site I wasn’t expecting that. If this is the new business model I’m looking elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks. Gloria N

Ill be honest, upon arrival, I was accommodated right away with the S.A. and that was quick. I know that I have to wait since I’m not the only one who came there for service eventhough I got an appointment. After an hour of waiting, S.A advice me that my vehicle need an alignment, plus injector cleaning and throttle body cleaning. I asked him how much would it cost me including the labor, told me about $350, me knowing that I only got 16k mileage since Im using my vehicle everyday for work and I need it to be so reliable, I agree and give him a go signal to do it, aside from the fact that SA gave me an estimate, Im thinking that Im only paying $350ish. so after an hour of waiting, SA told me that my car is ready and before settling the bill, I asked him if I can get a copy of my wheel alignment report, and when Im about to settle my bill, I’m surprised that I owe him $598 in total for the PMS plus the job recommendation, from there, I told him that I have a service package that I bought upon purchasing the vehicle, SA told me that it is expired based on the system that he was looking that time and insist that I have to pay for the service, told him that I have the proof inside my vehicle but the SA still insisting that even I have those papers, your system says that my service package is already expired. Felt disappointed right away upon hearing it from him and also for the amount that your SA’s charging me. Your SA really don’t want to listen, so, just to prevent the conversation from escalating since I’m wearing my military PT uniform and don’t want to have a bad image, I settle it and left. When I got home, tried to call your service team but they toss me to Finance Dept. that only keeps on ringing but never pick up my call. Tried calling them 3 times and still nothing. I’m totally disappointed earlier this morning and totally ruined my Monday.

Service rep. He’s always supporting and helping the customers, you guys need more Gabriel’s as part of your service advisor fleet.
