I had to do a walk in appt, so I knew the wait wouldn’t be longer but had to come in because of my warranty. I work at an urgent care and know how important it is to give realistic times for service. I wasn’t even told a time. I also had to wait there because I’m from Alamogordo and didn’t want to have 2 cars come up. I feel like communication needs to include wait time. It was nice to have a large waiting area, complimentary coffee and water. They even had a food truck outside. And I take responsibility as well for not asking. I just wasn’t expecting 3 hours. Everyone was pleasant and they were respectful to me and my car.

Avelina contacted me reminding me that my vehicle was over due for service, had she not called me I would not have taken care of the matter. I was very pleased about the shuttle service other wise I would have had to wait to service the car until someone was available to take me back and forth. Thank you for the good customer service that was provided to me.

I had scheduled my oil change appointment today at 2:30. I got there a little early because I was going on my lunch break. I waited in my car for over 20 minutes before asking someone to help me. I thought I had the oil change plan and didn’t have to pay anything so I decided to get the wheel alignment and windshield wipes that you all stated I needed. Upon paying my bill was $250. I didn’t understand why it was so much this is where I found out that I didn’t have the oil change plan. I feel this should have been communicated to me as the consumer. Then because I wasn’t expecting a $250 bill I had to pay with credit card instead of my debit card this is where I found out that Toyota now charges a 3% charge as if you guys dont charge enough. There was zero communication. Worse service I received. Very disappointing
