4 things: 1. The Service Required notification was still enabled. 2. I’m not sure how I can test that the recall was taken care of. 3. I’m not sure why we needed an appointment because the car was not serviced until 45 minutes after the appointment and it didn’t take hardly any time to perform the software update that was supposedly done and a simple tire rotation. 4. Customer service was less than satisfactory.

Hello I just wanted clarification as to what the maintenance required sign on my car needs where because when I went in for my appointment the paper mentioned no oil change at this time but they always change my oil after 5,000miles and they apply the sticker over on the windshield, this time they simply switched the sticker and no oil change was performed I wanted clarification on what the difference was with this visit. I tried calling on three different occasions but the lady was out of office each time and I left a message with another worker but I still haven’t received a response. I work overnight and so my family assists me with these things, which is why I wanted explanation since I was not present at the time.

I checked in at my 7:30 appointment and was told it will take about 3 hours,same thing I was told when the camera was ordered. I figured 3-4 hours because the dealer usually takes longer. No problem. 6 hours laters it was done. Pretty poor service. I don't know where the problem lies, and I don't care. But it was a long wait.

Nunca me habían dado un servicio tan pésimo yeve mi vehículo alas 7 am y me lo entregaron casi alas 4 pm y solo era el servicio regular casi 6 hrs y no tenían listo mi papeleo y no encontraban mis llaves me gustaría cambiar al k me atendió x otra persona mas consiente y responsable y amable x k nisikiera se disculpo y culpo asus empleados x el servicio cuando me atendía Fernando nunca tuve problemas con el servicio siempre en cuanto estaba lista mi troca me yamabapara recogerla y José nisikiera atendió mis llamadas la verdad estoy muy desilusionada x este servicio k me dieron

I had no problem with Mike Torres. He was professional and customer friendly. My problem is with your drop off system. Total chaos. There should be a spot for dropping off your vehicle and keys when you have an appointment. I realize your service dept was very busy but a better system could help in this case
