Nothing having to do with Janeth as she has been nothing but thorough. Issue is with not being provided video of work done and video of replaced belt.

After seeing text with recommendations of services needed I called to get further information. I left a voicemail for the rep to please call me. After waiting 45 minutes and hearing nothing I called again and again received no response. Finally I decided to go in and the rep was still not available. Being frustrated I paid for the oil change and took my vehicle. I will look into getting the recommended services done elsewhere.

Very POOR service. Company does anything and everything to avoid taking care of their customers. Workers there lack integrity while saying one thing and notating the opposite on paper. Very horrible service!! Corporate will be notified!!????????????

I was very satisfied with Ashley‘s customer service. I was not satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. They tore apart the back of my vehicle and did not assemble it back as i dropped it off messy personal worked on my vehicle.

The customer service at this location is awful. The person assigned to me took at least 20mins to get my vehicle in. Then the courtesy shuttle was not actively coming and going to drop off people. The driver was literally just looking at the signing sheet and coming back and forward. Then when I picked up my car, the representative told me to go to another one because she was busy. The other rep person was upset and she mentioned the person assigned to me didn’t help anyone today at all and always relied on her to do it. I don’t care iif they were having a rough day, I don’t appreciate the lack of professionalism when I’m paying almost $800 for a service. Also the ladies at the cashier / front desk - super rude. When I first arrived and asked for the shuttle service they didn’t even greet or look in the eye and they were chatting about their school stuff to do … barely told me the signing sheet was in another table. This is so far the worst experience at Toyota Service location for me. Moved from Dallas last year and I always went to the Service location at Irving TX. They were always kind, smiling, attentive, efficient, etc, I also took my vehicle to the location in Longview TX and they were super nice, efficient, and their customer service was outstanding. Same thing when I lived in CA, took my vehicle to the location in Burbank, CA - expensive but they were profesional and always great customer service. As you know I am a loyal Toyota vehicle owner, and this location had me so disappointed. Just wanted to make sure you pay more attention to your customers and the systems you are using to be more efficient from the drop out thru the vehicle pick up. Or even for the people that is on that waiting room….

My Service Advisor Jeneth was kind and professional, but for $666.51 I didn’t expect to find the tires to be rotated without the proper PSI adjustments. Very disappointed to find the following: LF: @26psi LR: @35psi RF: @32psi RR: @36psi

I have Santiago a written note with 4 items I wanted done and he two: he did the oil change and the inspection for my Toyota Le. He did not have my car washed he said he inspected the rear bumper and he said there was nothing wrong but he either did not do anything or missed that there is a crack on the center and can not be missed. I am disappointed but I do not want Santiago to lose his job. You asked for my comments and I’m telling you exactly what happened.

Ms. Herrera was absolutely wonderful. This was the best customer service I’ve received at your service center. From my drive up, she greeted me with a courteous and friendly demeanor . She was knowledgeable and attentive, answering my questions. During my service, she communicated with me all my truck needs and service updates. On pick up, the perfect customer service continued and she treated me just perfect detailing all my truck service issues. Her confidence, communication and attentiveness was perfect. In this generation of fast paced, decreased attentiveness and poor eye contact, she set the bar high providing the exact opposite! Great job Janeth!
