I had to call road side assistance for a jump this morning. I then called and spoke with Ashley and she told me to bring my vehicle in and ask for her when I arrived. I have had dealing with a lot of service advisors but Ashley ranks second to none. She was able to get me in this morning and kept me informed throughout the process, a true professional.

I had an appointment at 7:30 AM for an oil change and a tire rotation. I scheduled it for early in the morning so that I would have enough time to return to work after the service was completed. However, I ended up leaving the dealership at 9:40 AM. As a result, I was late for work and received a warning from my boss. I don't understand why a simple oil change and tire rotation took so long!

They usually wash my car every service and I know is an accommodation, but today they were working in the parking lot and my car got extra dusty because of the parking lot construction and they just gave it back extra dirty

After leaving our truck for a day and a half nothing was resolved. They asked to keep it for another day to try and solve the issue. No car was provided while they kept our vehicle and still wasn't going to be provided so we refused to leave it any longer. They didn't give us any answers until we were bothered from them keeping it this long and still had nothing to update us with. Basically treated us and our vehicle like a non important matter

Adrián - is an excellent Service Representative-I have known him for over 16 years . He has always been attentive, knowledgeable and conscientious about the service we require . He is a Huge asset to your Fox Auto Team . I will continue to buy Toyota and look for Adrian in the Service Department.

There was not great communication about when my car would be ready for pickup. I was told noon today. I starting calling at 1:00pm and did not get in contact with my service rider until I asked to speak to the manager. I find it disappointing that the only person who can tell me my car is ready for pickup is my original service rider. I needed my car back so I could pickup my kids from school. There was a shuttle provided to Ft Bliss but no one from the dealership could get onto base to pick me back up. If I had known this it would have been easier to stay at the dealership and wait.
