When customers asked specifically why you raised a 69 service to 800 service. Be prepared to explain. Clearly answer why. If upsetting say so. If recommended say so. If codes requested give them.

Hello I lost a key to my wife’s Prius and found out that it was more involved than “cut me a new key”. I purchased a “key” from Cynthia Ortega. She was very efficient and easy to work with. The next step was the programming of the new key. This is where I met Avelina Pulido. Even though it was freezing cold outside, she greeted me with a big smile. I waited inside and she kept me advised on progress. Expecting 2 hours wait, she expedited it to about 1 1/2 hours since I was waiting at Fox. And the new key worked perfectly. I must say that my visit went as smooth as silk. I especially like Avelina’s demeanor. I told her that I liked the way she does business. “You do business with a smile!” Promote her now! I trust the Toyota team to ensure the work is done to professional standards, thus ensuring my Camry will continue to run for many more years. I wish Toyota would send me maintenance coupons on a regular basis, or notify me that they’re available online. The customer is the low man in the financial pile, that credit card surcharge shouldn’t be tacked on to our bill for using such to pay for the services provided. Avelina Yvonne Pulido, my service advisor, is attentive and professional.
