My vehicle still says maintenance required. The dashboard light comes out, it was never reset. Other than that, the service was ok.

I took in my car for regular maintenance and received my car scratched! Was content at the way my advisor took control of the case but dissatisfied with the way the manager handled the situation. He did solve my problem by buffing out certain scratched but the car is still is covered in swirl marks. I have always hand washed my car to avoid swirl marks from regular car washing machines, and to have my car cleaned without my authorization and brought back scratched is unacceptable. My advisor had told me that due to the fact that there’s a new system for regular maintenance and that the cars get washed no matter what is alarming; truly disappointed.

The process of scheduling an appointment and the wait time was great. I had no problems with that. However, the staff did not turn off my “maintenance due” light in my car. When I called to see if that could be done they told me I have to go back for the staff to do it there at the shop. I live on the opposite side of town so that would be very inconvenient. Also when they brought my car up to me to take home, someone was sitting in the passenger side. That person had been eating sunflower seeds and there were seeds spilled all over the front seat of my car.
