I arrived early for my appointment. I sited 10 minutes before some kid walked over muttered something and walked away. I sat there another 15 minutes before some youngkid came and asked me if I’d been helped. I told him no. He brought out a man and Ashley. I explained to Ashley why I was there. She asked me if I needed maintenance and I said no. She later sent me an automated text and I asked her if she could get the maintenance since I was already waiting. She never answered. This is the second time I’ve received bad service. If I didn’t have the warranty I’d go elsewhere.

My time was wasted after paying 450 dollars for service/ maintenance I still have engine lights turning on. I take my truck to service and explain how I need my truck to be functioning properly for work but after leaving it all day they claimed it was a gas cap issue. However after picking up my truck engine light was on and still drives inconsistently. My time and safety are very important and I feel hoy fox has let me down by wasting my time and driving a truck that’s not driving as a new truck should.

I was ashamed to be upsaled so quickly by the service advisor. I paid good money for my vehicle and take care of my vehicles with required service. As i sat on the couch waiting for service to be completed i was approached and asked if I would like to have the air filter replaced! "Free ninety nine is what i heard and expected nothing more for a 10k service on my new Tacoma only to be ushered to the cashier to pay 24.99 for that part and 25 for labor. Are you kidding me its a 20k service at best and was underhanded with his approach. I will br a loyal customer but that is deceiving and unethical.

I took my truck to get the tail gate fix. At the time to pick up my truck,the guy was in my truck like 15 mts,at the time I started my truck the triangle came out need service soon and someone took fuel from my fuel tank about 2 gal. I don't think I can trust your people doing this things.
