The right front window did the same thing it did (stops) 1 inch from above when cool temp in the morning. When hot temperatures goes down and makes clunk noise when going up from bottom. The driver door window has an annoying ticking noise when temperatures hot at 20 to 30 m/p/h. It sounds like a small rock hitting either the front or rear above. It is annoying for me. It is a lease that i will not probably recommending or buying anymore. Probably will get a prius nor corollas for my sons. Mr. Manny. He was outstanding with me, great customer service. Called me for status, it was a smooth process. He gave me great professional customer service. I recommend him to anyone. I just don’t know what happened with the car. But i will go back to let him know more specifically what's going on hopefully the issue with driver window is replicated and resolved. This is a hard one to fix. Thank you! Have a great day!

Had a misunderstanding with the service at first but it was quickly resolved effectively and professionally. Mike was communicative and made sure the experience was superior.
