I recently moved from a Nissan to a Toyota driver. I knew about the quality of the brand but was not sure about the service. However the attention was exceptional, precise and fast. I spent an hour at the dealer and also got my questions answered. Great job!

I understand that customer pay tickets are always first and thus have priority over warranty and recall work but the time it took was a bit excessive. Airbag cores where left on my vehicle, these codes should have been cleared. To add insult to injury the A-pillars on my vehicle were left dirty and full off black grime prints. I understand that sometimes the technician is against the clock but have the care to put on gloves. I would not return nor recommend this dealer to anyone I know and have a good mind to put this on my social media page.

Ashley didn’t notify me when the service was completed, 20 minutes after I dropped my vehicle off. I had to ask for help to another agent, this 2 hours after the service in my vehicle was completed.
