Arturo has been amazingly wonderful from the day I started coming there nearly 4 years ago. He and Marcos the service mechanic are a phenomenal team. They fully represent the Lexus brand wonderfully and always do quality work, address any concerns I have, and have proven to be consistently reliable for years. I value them as well as the rest of the Lexus family highly and have spurred many of my personal friends to purchase Lexus vehicles and suvs. Thank you for having Arturo and Marcos there. I feel very secure with them working on my vehicle. And thank you for a wonderful overall staff! Lastly, the new video service you offer is impeccable. It gives me so much more confidence knowing what has been done and what needs to be done and it builds a trusting relationship between the customer and lexus. Who's ever idea that was, job well done!
Ashley educated me on the cadence of service visits to maximize service plan. I am most appreciative. She is personable and makes you feel important. And, who doesn’t need that from time to time!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
The video of service is a great idea but the technician needs to speak up and into the microphone. The shop background noise makes him hard to understand.
Service Consultant was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all of my questions.
I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM and by 1:30 PM I hadn’t received any update. I had to call to get updates on my vehicle. I used to own a Toyota and the Toyota dealership right next door would call me and update me and coordinate a shuttle for my pick up if necessary. I was under the impression that Lexus was more luxurious, and therefore warranted better (or at least similar) service. My service advisor did not communicate with me. When my husband called to complain he lied and told my husband that he had told me that my car would be ready by 3:30 PM which he did not do. When I picked up my car, Art pawned me off on another service advisor and didn’t offer an apology. He avoided me. This is the third encounter I’ve had with Art. The first time, I figured people are allowed to have an off day. By the third time (even after having offered feedback) he was equally apathetic.
Arturo is always very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the service our vehicles need.

The staff is very courteous and friendly . They were very short staffed which extended my service . I dropped my car off at 0845 - it was not turned back to me until after 3 !
The facility itself definitely needs a relocation . Compared to other Lexus dealerships in Texas and elsewhere this one is lacking . I was told in the past that with a recall service the gas tank is always filled . I was also told my car would be washed . Neither was done .
Again , the staff there is amazing - they deserve raises. The ownership needs to put more money into the facility itself or build a new one on the west side - driving in and out is extremely difficult . Fox has enough dealerships to warrant an upgrade and not share service centers with the Toyota service center .
