My car went in clean and came out with hard water spots all over my car. Then to top it off, both front flor mats were dirty (to include the actual carpet). I’ve had both of my Lexus (2) and today was the first time I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of my vehicle after Service. The car has 5k miles and we keep it immaculate! One would think the car would come out of service cleaner then it went in, today that wasn’t the case.

Good afternoon I took my car in for the 75,000 mile maintenance and I was very disappointed in the fact that they never checked my air pressure. I never received a Car Wash like stated in the receipt. I never got the wiper blades that I requested and I’m to this point, not sure if they cleaned the cabin and the air filters like stated. I am surprised because usually I get a good detailed explanation when I pick up my car about what what is needed and what is not needed and I never even got that. $200 is a lot for just a tire rotation.

Ashley, the service advisor, met with me at the lobby to discuss my vehicle needs, but she never introduced herself. The oil change service took over two hours, and Ashley was nowhere to be found in her office or dealership to answer any questions or to give me a status of my SUV. Another attendant, who also failed to introduced himself, took over and gave me the key to my vehicle. He informed me that the cost of the oil change had increased, which I had noticed. He suggested that it was shipper to take my SUV to another location for an oil change since it would cost less. Unfortunately, my SUV was not washed, and I had to walk a long distance to pick it up. This is the first time I’ve had such a poor service since I’ve owned a Lexus vehicle.

The service advisor assigned to me was completely unprofessional. When I arrived at the dealership to inquire about certain charges and repairs my vehicle needed, I was welcomed by the front door staff. I asked where service was at and was guided to the back where there was a podium and a young lady. I told her I was looking for my service advisor and she went to go fetch her. I wasn’t offered to sit anywhere while I waited to be attended. When the service advisor assigned to me came to get me she was very nice and guided me to her office. I explained my concerns and she listened but her tone changed. I explained to her that I already had prior knowledge of what was wrong with the vehicle and what the repair entailed. She insisted that the repair would not be successful if I took it somewhere else. I also brought up my knowledge of the service bulletin posted for this repair. She didn’t give me an answer but said she would check to which she did and printed out sheets with information signaling that it had expired. I explained to her that the price was really steep and I would rather buy the parts and have my car repaired elsewhere. She seemed irritated and pointed to the parts department. After I was finished with parts I went back and asked to speak to the service advisor so that I may pay the diagnostic fee and get my vehicle back. She smiled at me and told me to wait. Once again I was not offered anywhere to sit and I remained standing waiting for her. I was approached by a gentleman who was extremely kind and offered me a cappuccino or cookie. I let him know he was extremely kind. I noticed I was going to be kept waiting for an extended period so I let another service advisor know that I was gonna go pick up my fiance so that I could drive off with my car. I told him I would be about 10min. When I arrived back that same service advisor told me to take a seat and that someone would be with me shortly. I was directed to a gentleman’s office and he was the kindest person. He offered me valuable insight, tips, even recommendations and overall an extremely professional customer service experience. The three gentleman that I encountered at Fox Lexus were extremely professional and deserve acknowledgment. I cannot say the same for Ashlee who made my experience entirely uncomfortable.

After oil change a leak appeared from my windshield resouvior. The cap was left open and the leak still continues... service technician broke something..now iam waiting for Ashley to call back.

No need to oversell the needs of the vehicle. Let them know what's recommended and what is needed. 1000 dollars for an oil change and some filters is a bit much.
