This was not a service advisor issue but a fox lexus issue

My vehicle was dropped off on Saturday May 24, 2026. The tire required replacement which was not in stock. I agreed to have my vehicle stay until Monday. I called the service department later Saturday requesting to complete the 40k mileage maintenance. The person who answered advised that they would notify the service department. I followed up Monday morning and was told the maintenance request was not communicated, however Arturo assured me it would be worked on. He later called that the brakes needed to be replaced, I agreed and due to the memorial day holiday, service department closed early. Arturo provided a loaner but I declined. My vehicle was ready for pick up on Tuesday may 26th at 4:30. Arturo did his best, but the lack of inventory and failure to provide my message on Saturday, resulted in further delays.
Ashlee was wonderful to work with! She walked me through te very step of the way and I knew my car would be OK in her care. I got my car faster than expected and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I scheduled my service appointment at 8:30am, arrived promptly at 8:10am and I let them know that I was waiting for my vehicle. It took them 3 1/2 hours to complete the service. I had to ask a team member to please check on my vehicle status and after few minutes they call me that my vehicle was ready.
Arturo has always done an exceptional job. He is professional, kindhearted, and a pleasure to work with. You are blessed to have him as an employee!
Not really doing the service well, and take very long with car
I think it was a very busy day for them, but it took forever and they didn’t realize that I had warranty. They were trying to charge me. It was kind of a mess honestly again I think they were just too busy.
Lexus of El Paso is awesome. Ashlee is amazing, professional, with a positive attitude that represents Lexus better than any service rep I've experienced. That's coming from someone who purchased new vehicles in El Paso from Volvo, Honda, and Ford. No service department or service rep even compares to the consistent high level of service I receive from Ashlee and this service department. Thank you for an amazing experience.
