I was very disappointed that my car wasn’t washed!! That used to be an automatic service!!
Arturo went over and above with us by taking our car to a different location to get a bad water leak, that would get inside of the trunk wet every time it rained or went through the car wash, fixed. He is a pleasure to work with and shows that he truly cares about his customers.
I wasn’t satisfied with my service that I received at your location. My appointment was at 8:30am and i didn’t get a call back I had to go in at 2:00pm to get my suv. Very frustrating when you can’t do anything because your car is in service and waiting for a call back to tell you your car is ready. And it was just an oil change. Last time I do my service with your company.

Ashley the lady that took my keys was not attentive to customers. I waited half hour for her just to check out. I drive out from cruces got there at 9 and left at 1:30 or so, also while waiting I was hoping a sales representative would come around to ask if we were interred in vehicles cause I looked at several in the show room and again nothing. Crazy customer service and walked out disappointed. Crystal on the other hand went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
Never met Ashley. Aaron was very nice but over 2 hours was unusual for work peeformed.

Arturo’s exceptional knowledge of the mechanical features and performance aspects of my Lexus is gratifying. He understands my concerns and explains the details of the services I am being provided during my appointment.
The only issue I have is scheduling and early appointment and then the long wait time. Although I was offered a loaner, it still would be nice to know the anticipated wait time estimate when my appointment is initially being scheduled.

I never received a phone call and never answered his phone. He communicated only through text. I would have liked a better explanation of what was needed.
On the app a alignment was recommended but when my fiancée talked to him he said it was just slightly off so I would have liked to know if it was really needed
I had to do pay for Lyft services due to shuttle service not being available. Spent $50 in Lyft fees for commute to work and from work to dealership. Auto wasn’t dried or vacuumed. It was my first experience with Lexus dealership. Other dealerships I have purchased auto from provided Lyft services at dealerships expense, washing and vacuuming of vehicle at every service. When I would reply to number I received text from, I would not receive texts back for some of my questions.
Non responsive to phone calls and messages in spite of leaving several messages on the recorder or with staff.
Wait time was also long

In the paper work they put they did tire rotation
In one of the tires i think they did not,because one of the tires in the back was in the same position the pivot did not have cover before i took the car to the dealer.they did not give me the results of the multipoint check up
