I have asked and cannot t get a clear answer as to whether or not my car has had the oil changed. The first time I took it, I was told that it was too early and not sure if it was changed because I only had 5K miles andmy husband took it and he said that Aaron told him he would honor the oil change when it was time-which I thought was now. I asked the technician to find out if it was the free one or not and he automatically assumed I was looking for a freebie or something because he said I checked and Aarn didn’t leave notes and I checked with my manager and she said she’s NOT going to give you a free oil change, that she will do it for half. At no time did I ask for ANYTHING FREE. I want my oil changed if it needs it. My car has 9400 miles and I’ve had it 18 months. If I can afford 800/mo I can certainly afford a $120 oil change. Arturo should not be so quick to judge and note that not everyone me is out to get something free!
First off my vehicle has around 63k miles. It is not driven often (I have 4 vehicles). Last year my vehicle was serviced and passed impeccably. This year I'm told it needs over 8k dollars of services. I submitted my warranty and then was told a claim would be submitted. Since then I experienced the worst customer service from my adviser AG. My vehicle was held indefinitely. I was constantly passed around between personnel and when I left messages it seemed like no one was available. My calls were not returned promptly and text messages when I received them had vague responses to my inquiries. AG stated he didnt have time and maybe I should be the one to follow up with Assuran.I personly made contact with Assurant and was informed that authorization for service had been emailed to service adviser. I had to text AG and ask him to check his email. It seems days had gone by since the authorizaton was granted and apparently AG didn't bother to follow up with carrier or myself. I finally received a call from AG telling me my car might be ready on a Monday April 13th. I asked to please keep me posted. No phone call or follow-up again. I called 3 days later and AG wasn't available. I asked is my vehicle ready and no one could inform me. I finally called again to let them know I'm coming over to pick up my vehicle. This has been the most exhausting experience!!!!
Arturo is always pleasant as well as professional. I count myself lucky to have him as my service advisor, because he sees to it that the job gets done, as well as gets done right.
Arturo was great, but he was the only service advisor at the time of my arrival. I was there at 7:10 for my 7:15 appointment , but did not check in until 7:50. My car was supposed to be ready by 10:30, didn't get it until after 11:30. It seemed that there was inadequate staff to properly service your customers. Let me make this clear: I felt Arturo provided good service and lessened my disappointment.
This was my first experience getting my vehicle serviced with Fox Lexus and the experience was fantastic.

Really appreciate Arturo for working with me and understanding my situation with my vehicle, cause of his passion and drive I was able to have my car back in the road and I really appreciate all that he did, I sincerely appreciate Fox Lexus for helping me out and organizing my vehicle to get repaired.
Communication about the status of my vehicle was challenging.
My vehicle was turned in to me with a missing Lexus emblem on the engine. The large plastic cover to the engine was not secured at all.
I reported this and have not heard back.
